Mayor's House
The Mayor's House is the home of the Mayor of Liberty City, and thus isn't frequented by that many people. However, you will often see teens coming around here at night to try to sneak up onto the Roof.
From here, you can travel to the rest of The Estates, or (if you're feeling daring) climb up onto the Mayor's Roof.
